As a Senior Technology Specialist II, enable everyone at Wrapbook to do their jobs more efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of internal IT systems including support, endpoint management, directory services, cloud-based tooling, and device lifecycle management. You’ll also own administration and optimization of SaaS ecosystems, including user provisioning, license management, access control, vendor relations, and integration workflows.
